Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. You choose what to include — please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Information collected automatically

To keep the site available, secure, and to understand how it is used, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This is used for security (including spam and bot protection) and for aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic statistics — not to identify you personally.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request;
To protect the website against spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions;
To maintain the security and reliability of the site;
To measure overall traffic and improve the website through aggregate statistics.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This website is intentionally built to minimize tracking. We do not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site trackers, or profiling analytics to the site. The optional Eventbrite checkout is a third-party service, described below.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it does not store cookies on your device, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites.
Security cookies: Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies (for example a short-lived bot-management cookie) that are required to protect the site and the contact form from abuse. These are essential to the operation of the site and are not used for advertising.

The main site uses cookieless analytics and security cookies. Eventbrite’s checkout is loaded only when you click an event’s ticket link and may use its own cookies or storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website and to provide email delivery for the contact form, bot protection (Turnstile), and cookieless analytics. When you submit the form, its contents are delivered to us by email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security safeguards. This website is hosted and its data is processed in the United States.

Event tickets: when you click an event card or “Get tickets”, we load Eventbrite’s checkout so you can book within this page. Your browser connects to Eventbrite, which handles the ticket and payment information you enter. You can also use the direct Eventbrite link. See Eventbrite’s Privacy Policy.

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of any person.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business and legal records, after which they are deleted. Automatically-collected technical data is retained by our providers for limited periods for security and aggregate analytics.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:

request access to the personal information we hold about you;
request that we correct or delete it;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share it);
not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and spam/bot protection on the contact form — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
